Thank you for shopping with Planet Pop Pop! Many of our books are printed especially for you when your order is placed.

Order Production

Our books are produced using print-on-demand fulfillment, which means your book may be printed after your order is received rather than pulled from pre-printed inventory.

Production typically takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the type of book ordered. Paperback books are generally produced within 3–5 business days, while hardcover books may take approximately 5–7 business days.

Production times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during holidays, peak periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping rates may vary based on the products ordered, destination, package size, weight, and shipping method selected.

Estimated Delivery

Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Once your order has been printed and dispatched, delivery time will depend on the shipping method and destination.

For U.S. orders, delivery will generally take an additional 1–8 business days, depending on the shipping service selected.

All production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Shipments

Some Planet Pop Pop products may be produced or fulfilled by different partners. If your order contains multiple products, your items may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

When applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@planetpoppop.com.

We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or has shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at hello@planetpoppop.com, and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@planetpoppop.com.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the damaged product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, when offered, will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to production location, customs processing, and local delivery services.
