How long will my order take to arrive?
Every book is printed just for you when you order. Paperbacks usually take 3–5 business days to print and hardcovers 5–7. Delivery in the U.S. then takes about 1–8 more business days, depending on the shipping option you pick.
How much is shipping?
It depends on where your order is going and the shipping option you choose. You’ll see the options and the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
If we can ship to your country, it will show as an option at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. It can take a day for the tracking to start updating.
Why did my order arrive in separate boxes?
Some of our products are made by different printing partners, so an order with more than one item can arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at hello@planetpoppop.com as soon as you can, with your order number. We’ll do our best, but once a book has gone to print we can’t always change it.
Returns & problems
My book arrived damaged or misprinted. What do I do?
We’re sorry! Email hello@planetpoppop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a replacement or a refund. Please don’t mail it back unless we ask you to.
Can I return a book I don’t want?
Because every copy is printed just for you, we can’t take change‑of‑mind returns. If something special happened with your order, email hello@planetpoppop.com and we’ll take a look.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.

The books
What ages are the books for?
Ages 3–7. Little ones love the silly characters at read‑aloud time, and early readers can practice their letters and counting on every page.
What’s the difference between the paperback and the hardcover?
The inside is the same: 32 pages, 8.5 × 8.5 inches. The hardcover has a sturdy cover that holds up to lots of rereading, and it makes a great gift.
What’s in the coloring & activity book?
64 pages of Mashups to color, plus activities to go with them. It’s 8.5 × 8.5 inches, the same size as the picture book.
How do the bundles work?
A bundle is the picture book (paperback or hardcover) plus the coloring & activity book, for 15% off. It goes into your cart as two books, and the saving is taken off automatically.

Mashups, games & printables
How many Mashups are there?
26, one for every letter of the alphabet. All of them are in the book. Six are out on the website so far, and we reveal a new one every month.
Are the games free?
Yes. The Mashup games play right in your browser. There’s no app to download and no sign‑up.
How do I get the free printables?
Go to the Parents & Teachers page and add your email. The PDF downloads right away. You’re welcome to print them for home and classroom use.
What is the Mashup Club?
Our email club: one email a month with the newest Mashup, free printables and first dibs on plush pals. You can unsubscribe any time.

Do you offer classroom sets or bulk orders?
